Elton John Swears off D&G For a Day?

Retail therapy or a squashed beef? 

         The feud between Dolce & Gabbana's Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana and singer Elton John may be the quickest beef in Hollywood history. One day after slamming the popular fashion duo for calling children born through In Vitro Fertilization “synthetic”, the Brit star was caught carrying a Dolce & Gabbana shopping bag by the British news outlet 'Daily Mail'. 

         The spat started trending on Twitter and many celebrities, including Ricky Martin and Andy Cohen, showed their support of the John-Furnish family. The Italian designers really felt the sting when users began tweeting #boycottdolcegabbana and criticizing their point of view.

         In the past, the former couple expressed their opposition of gay marriage as well as gay couples raising children. Gabbana spoke out saying they never intended to judge other people’s choices and they believe in freedom and love.

        We’re not sure if the feud has been settled, but from the looks of that shopping bag Elton John just can’t help himself.
