Who said that Canada was dry? Bella Thorne slashed the red carpet at the 2015 Much Music Awards in Toronto on Sunday looking stunning in a red laced gown. The actress in the new slasher series on MTV Scream (adapted from the movie) was photographed with her new beau and longtime friend, Gregg Sulkin according to US Weekly.
