Orange Is The New Early Release

Guess what OITNB fans? Your favorite show was released three hours early on Thursday night.

Set to be released at midnight, Netflix announced on Twitter Thursday that Orange is the New Black had been released at 9:00pm instead, allowing faithful fans to get in a few episodes before bed:

This season has 12 episodes, so for the extreme binge-watchers out there, it is easily viewable all in one day. But beware. The cast is saying, 'You better get your tissues ready,' so this season is supposed to be a tear-jerking one.

The cast includes original members plus newcomers Ruby Rose as a new inmate and Mary Steenburgen as Pornstache’s mother.

This isn't the only time Netflix has released something early. Back in February, the online streaming service accidentally released House of Cards on February 11th instead of the 27th as originally planned. The network later pulled the season and posted this tweet:

Will early releases become a trend for the site? Time will only tell, but in the meantime you can watch OITNB while you wait for the next set Netflix shows to continue or premiere.
