John Stamos is back for Fuller House
Actor John Stamos, 51, of the hit 90s show Full House is out of rehab and is looking good! The hard rock “Uncle Joey” spent a month in rehab for substance abuse following a DUI arrest on June 12. The star is back on the scene just in time to begin shooting for the Netflix reboot, Fuller House.
On Twitter, Stamos posted a picture of himself working out and we must say, nostalgia has set in. John Stamos is proving that he is still the heartthrob he was in the 90s. The photo was captured saying,
“I’m back! Took a month to take care of things. Healthy. Feeling grateful for the love and support of family and friends.”
For Stamos’s co-stars, Stamos’s return is a real life Tanner reunion. Lori Loughlin, who played the gorgeous “Aunt Becky” tweeted to Stamos welcoming him back and reminding him to be on set. None of Stamos’s male co-stars have spoken on the problem though Stamos, Bob Saget and David Coulier have a “bro-ship” that’s lasted the test of time.
Candace Cameron Bure, who played D.J., Uncle Joey’s oldest niece claimed in an interview earlier this month that she never knew Stamos had a substance abuse problem. Full House never got this real, guess a lot has changed over the years.
