Serena slays at Wimbledon Champion’s Dinner

Serena Williams deserves an endless round of applause for her amazing weekend. Not only did she win her sixth Wimbledon title, she slayed the Wimbledon Champion’s Dinner in a gorgeous peach colored gown. She also had the hottest date in the room, fellow Wimbledon star Nova Djokovic but this story is about our trophy girl!

We’re pretty sure the song “trophies” by Drake, a good friend of Williams, is an ode to her. Not only is she pop culture royalty, she is the leading lady in tennis and has the trophies, awards and plaques to prove it. Adding “Best Dressed” to her accolades, Williams showed off her famous guns and curves in the elegant floor-length gown she wore. Who said athletes can’t dress?



The 33-year-old Williams has another title as well: the oldest player ever to become a Wimbledon champion. Despite her age and despite the shade from body shamers on twitter, Serena is still number 1 and serving! It might be lonely at the top, but the pair made a dashing duo and make being number 1 look so good!
