The Bachelor’s “Onion Girl” Gets Engaged!

On Chris Soule’s season of the bachelor Ashley Salter, also known as Ashley S, was labeled “Onion Girl”. She spiced up the farm boy’s season by her unpredictable actions and comments and hearts were broken when she was sent home during Week 4. Fortunately, addicted viewers got another dose of Ashley S. on Bachelor in Paradise. The beautiful weirdo had her ups and down on this spin-off show, but sadly, still ended up leaving paradise alone.

Four months later after taping, Ashley S. has revealed on her Instagram that she is engaged! Plot twist, especially since just last week we were witnessing her, on the finale of Bachelor in Paradise, heartbroken and talking to the birds. We can all just assume she came back to the bachelor for the onions.

The former contestant posted all the engagement photos on her Instagram and made a corny rose joke on one of her photos: “12 is better than 1 #roses” and tagged the lucky man. I think it is safe to say that Bachelor Nation is ecstatic that Ashley S. found someone to peel off her layers and love the real her.
