Rain Royalty, Prince Dies at Age 57
The Music Maestro was found dead at his Paisley Park
compound in Minnesota early Thursday morning.
Prince-whose full name is Prince Rogers Nelson- had a
medical emergency on board his private jet and had to make an emergency landing
in Illinois. He was coming from a performance in Atlanta.
Sources say the singer was still having complications from
the flu.
Prince became an international superstar in 1982 with his
breakthrough album “1999.”
He even won an Academy Award for Best Original Song Score
for Purple Rain in 1985.
He will forever be remembered by his eclectic
style, undeniable originality, and electrifying music.
