Hillary Makes History
Hillary Clinton breaks the seal for women in America. The former first lady and secretary of state became the first woman to win the popular vote in a major party’s primary. Hillary urged everyone to vote, even if they weren’t her constituents, “Whether you supported me, or Senator Sanders, or one of the Republicans, we all need to keep working toward a better, fairer, stronger America.”
Hillary says, “Tonight belongs to all of you. It is not about one person, it belongs to generations of women and men.”
Along with Elizabeth Warren, Palin and Shirley Chisolm, she has contributed to the dream of many young women.
