Muhammad Ali Dies

After a constant battle with Parkinson's, the legend was pronounced dead at 74-years-old. Beyond the ring, Ali had fought Parkinson's disease for 32 years. Ali was put in hospital care on Thursday for breathing and coughing irregularities. The family was forewarned about the champion’s death by doctors and had already begun making funeral arrangements. Ali was not only a three-time heavyweight champion, but also won an Olympic gold.

Ali’s daughter Hanna took to Instagram writing, 'Our father was a "Humble Mountain!" And now he has gone home to God. Pray for the peace of his beautiful soul and for the happiness of his further journey. God bless you daddy. YOU ARE THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!'

George Foreman also commented, 'We were like one guy - part of me is gone.' and 'Muhammad Ali was one of the greatest human beings I have ever met. No doubt he was one of the best people to have lived in this day and age.’

Mike Tyson paid tribute  to the boxing legend by writing on Twitter, ‘God came for his champion. So long great one. @MuhammadAli #TheGreatest #RIP'

Ali left us with a new appreciation for the sport of boxing, but he also left us his secret.
“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee”. - Ali
