Hip Hop Honors 2016
The VH1 Hip Hop Honors aired in full effect last night at Lincoln center after being MIA for six years! The entire show was dedicated to female rappers and included appearances from celebs everywhere.
Barbershop actress Eve had a few choice words for the crowd as she hosted the 2016 Hip Hop Honors, “All Hail the Queens. Women been hip-hop, women are hip-hop, and women will always be hip-hop.”
Queen Latifah has the Internet buzzing with her powerful speech as she was honored with a tribute by Common. The triple threat gives her thoughts on racism still being “alive and kicking”
Lil’ Kim was also in the building and her super cute mini-me has been breaking the internet with baby fever!
How long will they make us wait for the next Hip Hop honors? Hopefully, not too long!
