Hamilton Success Despite Boycott
Trump didn't seem to trump the sales of the Hamilton play. The adversary stemmed from Vice President-elect Pence attending the play and a character reached out to him through monolog.
Although Pence said he wasn't offended, Trump took to Twitter to demand an apology. Trump supporters have been boycotting the play, but despite the boycott, the play has made out to be a billion dollar show!
After 10 months the hit play made $12.5 billion dollars. This factored in to be $600,000 a week! Between investors and producers, they level out to have made hundreds of millions of dollars.
