Hold Up! Beyonce Gets Sued By Messy Mya

It’s about to get real messy for Queen B. Beyoncé queen of…really everything, is allegedly being sued for 20 million dollars by the estate of New Orleans own, Messy Mya. Sasha Fierce, who just broke the internet last week with her double surprise announcement of twins, is being accused of illegally sampling internet sensation Messy Mya on her girl power track, “Formation.” According to the estate of the late Messy Mya who was shot and killed in late 2010, Beyoncé didn’t give credit to the New Orleans bounce star. Messy Mya, real name André Barre, is known for being an acid tongued YouTube star and stand-up comedian before his death in 2010 just days before the birth of his first child. Mya is credited for adding that creole flavor into “Formation” with lines like, “What happened at the New Wi’lins” and “B*tch I’m back by popular demand.” Sampled alongside Big Fredia, the Queen of Bounce, the song is undefeated as a hit.

Destiny’s Child’s solo star knew better! It’s almost impossible to think that this diva could even run the world into this type of trouble, being sued and all. Doubtful that 20 million means anything to the starlet, seeing as though her upcoming performance at Coachella will pay Bey 1 million regardless of whether she shows at all! Beyoncé is also set to perform at the 59th Grammy awards this Sunday covering Lemonade with her fleet of backup dancers and her baby bump. What can’t Jay-Z’s baby mama do?? Apparently get permission to sample a song. She should have said in Formation, “Y’all haters corny with suing Beyoncé mess.”
