Ryan Secrest's Mansion is Lit

An electrical fire caused a scare at Ryan Seacrest's 50 million dollar Mansion Sunday night. The fire apparently didn't actually damage much of the house and was contained quickly enough to ensure no major or lasting damage.

The TV personality took to Instagram the next morning to document the aftermath of the incident. Seacrest shared a photo of a picture of burnt furniture and belongings strewn outside and writing: “Fire last night at the house — thank god everyone is ok.”

Although, Seacrest did not provide further details about the incident, officials said that an electrical fire ignited on his driveway and jumped to trash cans nearby. Seacrest purchased the home, which has nine bedrooms and sits on more than three acres, from talk show host Ellen DeGeneres after she listed it for $49 million in 2012...talk about ballin’

This is also not the first time the E! personality has found himself in an unfortunate situation. Back in December firefighters had to come to his rescue after the media mogul got trapped in a elevator in Times Square.

“I will tell you this, if you’ve ever been stuck in an elevator, it’s funny and cute for about 10 minutes,” Seacrest said with a laugh when he finally arrived. “And then about 20 minutes in, it’s not so funny anymore. But thank you to the fire department who came and rescued us and pried those doors open.”

Before the indecent, the host-extraordinaire was rumored to be taking over the America's Got Talent hosting gig after Nick Cannon abruptly quit.

Hopefully we’ll see his luck turn around in the future.
