Drake and Rihanna look to win Big At the Billboard Awards

The 2017 Billboard Awards are set to air May 21 at 8 PM and Drake and Rihanna are on course to win big. Drake is nominated in just under half of all categories with 22 nominations, and Rihanna is trailing behind him with 14. Beyoncé and The Weeknd are also looking to win big with 8 and 13 nominations respectively.

2017 is proving to be a great year for Drizzy, Ri Ri, and the Queen Bee. They had some of the top grossing concert tours in 2016, and the accolades seem to keep rolling in. The 6 god’s song “One Dance”, a collaboration with WizKid and Kyla spent 36 weeks on the billboard charts, and peaked at #1. Every song on Queen Bee’s album Lemonade made the Billboard Hot 100. The mommy-to-be’s hit song “Sorry” spent 2 weeks in the charts and peaked at #11. Work, the collaboration between Rihanna and Drake spent spent 36 weeks on the billboard charts and peaked at #1.
