Julia Roberts, World’s Most Beautiful Woman?

This pretty woman is no stranger to People magazine’s special edition of “World’s Most Beautiful Woman.” It has been announced that Academy Award and Golden Globe winning actress Julia Roberts will be 2017’s “Most Beautiful.” She has now broke the record of People’s pick, earning the infamous title five times. It’s safe to say that Jennifer Aniston and Michelle Pfeiffer can sit down.

People has been controversial for its lack of diversity when selecting a bright Hollywood star. With only four women of color gracing the cover since 1990, which includes Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce and Lupita Nyong’o. Although, it is questioned why she has been selected consistently, we can say she looks striking at the age of 49. “I am very flattered,” Roberts tells People.
