The Fate of the Furious Breaks Global Box Office Record
The
Fast and Furious eighth sequel, The Fate of the Furious, is the talk of the
world! The action packed thriller brought in an estimated $532.5 million over
Easter weekend, making it the strongest worldwide debut in movie history. As
many recall the last Fast and Furious film was brought in after the tragic
death of star, Paul Walker. Many assumed his death produced the best numbers
the series would ever have, yet die-hard fans for the franchise around the
world united to see this epic tale continue to unfold.
Fans were very excited to see the
eighth movie bigger and more enjoyably ludicrous than the last. The miniskirts
shorter, the toys and gadgets more extravagant, more dangerous stunts, super fly
whips, and reckless driving across the world. Fans shouldn’t fear the end of
the Fast and Furious series. There’s more chapters in the franchise to be released
in 2019 and 2021.
