Catch Her Inside: Danielle Bregoli Slammed with 5 year Sentence

Looks like you won't be catching this teen outside for a while! Danielle Bregoli, famous for the viral phrase, "catch me outside, how about that" will be serving 5 years of probation for multiple charges including possession of marijuana, grand theft, auto theft, and filing a false police report. The charges come as no surprise considering her claim to fame came from a Dr. Phil episode that revealed that the 14-year-old is a car stealing, knife wielding daughter who framed her mother for a crime. Yikes!

Probation could be good for the misguided trouble child. The judge gave Bregoli a fairly easy set of guidelines to abide by throughout her sentence. She now has a 5 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew, she must complete 100 hours of community service, and attend school full time. In fact, the Florida native was actually let off the hook pretty easily. Sources say that Bregoli scored a plea deal that allowed her to avoid the slammer and drop additional charges in exchange for pleading guilty to the crimes listed above.

Despite her father's concerns (who's ironically a sheriff deputy) about the toxic environment that is California, Danielle will be completing her probation on the West Coast with her mother. With any luck, probation will cure what Dr. Phil couldn't.
