Jay Z Getting Older

Jay-Z celebrates his birthday today, December 4th, but the real celebration was held two days earlier this year with a surprise held by the Brooklyn Nets.

The rapper was shocked when a cake that featured key moments in his life was delivered backstage prior to his performance at Nassau Veterans Coliseum, Saturday. Images from his latest Album "4:44," his signature NY Yankee fitted cap, and even a Grammy Award earned spots on the cake.

Roc Nation's Emory Jones took to Instagram to show off the dessert with a caption that thanked Brett Yormark, CEO of the Brooklyn Nets, as seen in the link below.
