Haddish Keeps Climbing

What do Eddie Murphy, Kevin Hart, Will Smith and Tiffany Haddish all have in common (other
than the fact that their laughs bring you to tears)? After June 18, they all will have hosted the
MTV Movie and TV Awards.

Reckless comedian and Girls’ Trip star Tiffany Haddish made the announcement via an
Instagram video post on Thursday.

Following an eventful breakout year, including a New York Film Critics Circle award and New
York Times bestseller, Haddish is a hot commodity as of late. The actress/comedian recently
closed a two-year first-look deal with HBO in a partnership with her "She Ready" production
company, and will star in a new animated Netflix series from the team that created “BoJack
Horseman.”

The MTV Movie and TV Awards will be held on June 18 at 9 pm ET. Categories have not been
announced yet.
