Time to "Spice" It Up With a Reunion

The Spice Girls once said, “Tell me what you want, what you really really want,” and that’s just what fans did! Though Victoria Beckham was not for it at first, but has come around after the Times up and #MeToo Movement. Beckham said that the movements inspired her to make this decision because she’s all for empowering other women. The “Spice Invaders” “Never Gave Up on the Good Times,” though this will be their first time reuniting since 2012.

Posh, Baby, Ginger, Scary, and Sporty recently met with their former manager Simon Fuller to iron out the details of their UK and US tour, which begins this summer. The Spice Girls will soon remember how it felt to be “On top of the World.”

A representative released a statement on behalf of the group, saying they are exploring new opportunities, which could possibly include new merchandise.

“We are always overwhelmed at how much interest there is across the whole world for The Spice Girls," the group said in a statement. “We all agree that there are many exciting possibilities that will once again embrace the original essence of The Spice Girls, while reinforcing our message of female empowerment for future generations."
