Amber Heard Fulfills Vow

It has been confirmed that the “Aquaman” actress donated her divorce settlement money to a good cause.

After promising to pledge the $7 million from her ex-husband Johnny Depp the 2017 annual report revealed that Amber donated between $1 million and $5 million to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and the American Civil Liberties Union for the fiscal year ending in June 2017.  

Before the filing of their divorce in May 2016, only 15 months into the marriage, the 31-year-old actress accused Depp of domestic violence. According to Heard, Depp slapped her face with a cellphone and pulled her hair.

Although the two have split, they still remain cordial and were reported to even have showed up to the pre-Academy Awards party in LA together.
