Founder of Def Jam Records accused of rape?

                                           

For the past few months,  Mr. Russell Simmons has had his name circulating around the sexual assault world, but all accustions have been denied.

In January of this year, Jennifer Jarosik, filmmaker, filed a $5 million rape lawsuit against Russell Simmons. Jarosik claimed the hip-hop mogul invited her to his home and physically overpowered her by pouncing on her after she denied his sex request. Russell has told reporters he and Jarosik have been friends for years and have had occasional sexual relations. 

Now, 3 months later, the lawsuit has been dropped under the request of Jarosik and Simmons.
