Demi Lovato Hospitalized after Apparent “Heroin” Overdose

Update: As more celebrities show their love for Demi with the #prayfordemi hastag new details are emerging. 

TMZ has reported that the singer was partying at her 8million dollar home before her reported overdose.

A source said  Demi started using again after firing her sober coach earlier July. According to "The Blast" reports, a nurse at the hospital told the police that she had been using methamphetamine before her possible overdose.

Singer Demi Lovato, 25, is now stable after being rushed to Cedar Sinai Medical in Los Angeles earlier today on a rumored drug overdose.

“LAPD and LAFD responded to a medical emergency at the 8000 block of Laurel View Dr. at 11:40 a.m.” the Los Angeles Police Department reported to People Magazine.

The Singer has been fighting substance abuse for some time now and celebrated her sixth year of sobriety just this past March. According to Entertainment Magazine, there have been suspicions amongst her fans she was drinking again but Demi denied those rumors at the time.

Just this past June she released a song called “Sober” which revealed that she had fallen back into the drinking cycle. Her lyrics spoke for themselves, “Momma, I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore, And daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor”.

Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas and many other celebrities have posted showing their love and support for Demi. “Like all of you, I am thinking of @DDLovato right now. She needs our prayers and support. We all know how strong you are Demi. #prayfordemi.” Joe Jonas tweeted.
