“Leaving Neverland” Film Under Fire

It seems like the King of Pop will never get to rest in peace! The anticipated film, “Leaving Neverland”,  is under fire due to its portrayal of 20- year old false accusations made against Michael Jackson.

The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and caused quite the commotion. The film focuses on Wade Robinson and James Safechuck, two individuals who claimed Jackson had them trapped in a world of sexual misconduct that they could not escape at the Neverland Ranch. It goes into depth about the sexual acts and describes how the abuse took place and the emotional aspect behind the acts.

The most perplexing part of this film is that both of these men previously testified during Jackson’s trial saying that he was innocent. So what really happened on the Neverland Ranch? Who's telling the truth? As far as the estate is concerned, everyone needs to beat it with all the lies!
