Colin Kaepernick shows off new Nike Jersey during NYFW

New York Fashion Week is known for making bold statements and so is Colin Kaepernick. The activist and former NFL player, debuted his new jersey collaboration with Nike, the world’s largest sportswear company,  during one of the biggest weeks in fashion.

The hot item is a simple, black jersey with the number seven on the front and back along with his last name. The number appearing on the jersey is the same number Kaepernick had while playing for the San Francisco 49ers.

He continues to be fearless in his fight to stand up against injustice towards black people and his jersey is the perfect symbol. Kudos Kaepernick!
