Lil Wayne Revealed as the Robot on “The Masked Singer”

Last night, following Superbowl LIV, The Masked Singer strategically aired while taking advantage of it’s already built-up channel audience. A contestant who was anonymously dressed as a robot sang the song “Are You Gonna Go My Way” by Lenny Kravitz.

There were many guesses as to who the contestant actually was, ranging from Shaun White, Flavor Flav, and even Johnny Knoxville. However, Q-Tip ended up getting it right as he guessed that it was Lil Wayne. Many believe that it was a great time for this form of publicity (considering the already large audience) as he just released his new album “Funeral” on the 31st. The album is already on track with selling at least 100,000 copies first week, which would give Lil Wayne yet another #1 Album.
