A leaked tape recording could cause Charlie Sheen to be held under investigation

The media was shocked when actor Charlie Sheen confessed to being HIV positive in November 2015. According to Radaronline.com, Sheen claimed that he never exposed the virus to any of his sex partners without informing them. Though the former Two and a half men star made these accusations, The ENQUIRER is now exposing him as a liar.

A recording of Sheen arguing with a previous partner now has California state police investigating. According to the dialogue on the tape, his former partner recorded the actor and busted him for lying about being infected.  

The woman: “Why did you tell me you were not infected?”

Sheen: “Because it’s none of your f—ing business, OK!”

The woman: “But if I wanted to have sex without a condom … it’s my right to know,”.

Sheen: “You shouldn’t want to”

In another section of the audio, Sheen admitted they had “sex without the condom.” Due to the fact that this is considered a felony in the state of California, Sheen could be facing criminal charges. At the time of the recording, Sheen was still claiming to have been honest with all of his partners, but the tape proves otherwise.

Despite his previous allegations, Sheen admitted on Tuesday that he knowingly exposed at least two of his partners to the virus. The National Enquirer Investigates is scheduled to air the audio on their Saturday night show at 9 p.m.
