Cake, Cake, Cake! Rihanna turns 29!

Happy Birthday Rih Rih! 29 years old and absolutely killing the fashion game! Born on February 20, 1988, we’re imagining our little fashionista came out feet first wearing those iconic Giuseppe Zanotti boots. This “B*tch Better Have my Money” star, notorious for her off and on the runway looks, is celebrating her birthday…in style (we’re assuming)! This Barbadian Queen stepped into the music industry back in 2005 with singles like “Pon De Replay,” “Umbrella,” “Take A Bow,” and “Disturbia.” Robin Fenty, i.e Rihanna, solidified her spot as a top hit-maker in the U.S alongside stars like Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Drake, Eminem and many more. While we’re pondering on Rih’s 29 years, let’s look back on some of her most infamous outfits and street styles:

5. We’ll start with the rebirth of the post 90’s slip dress era. Paired with an elegant cream colored mink coat and a navy baseball cap, Rihanna captured the true essence of elegant yet casual. This look is fashion forward that pioneered slip dresses all over America. What a babe!

4. Looks like money! Donning this head to toe green look, this rude boy singer masters rocking Versace and Adam Selman together. The green Versace fur coat paired with the green Versace choker, all tied together with green thigh high boots and green sunglasses. Looking one green garment short of the Grinch, Rih is shining ‘brighter than a diamond’ and more like an emerald!

3. Heart eyes back at you Rih! One of her most iconic looks to date was just worn in 2016. This bold, red heart shaped Yves Saint Laurent cape, estimated at a whopping $15,500 was seen on Rihanna as she was in NYC. The elegant silk lining and exaggerated shoulders makes this another, “Only Rihanna can pull this look off,” outfit. Sigh, as if we could afford it.
